Carol Gilliam

Carol takes great pleasure in creating marriage ceremonies for both opposite and same-sex couples. Her weddings respect the values and beliefs of the individuals involved.
Carol brings a wealth of experience to her role as chaplain. She worked for the Ontario Government as a Program Supervisor for thirty years and specialized in programs for seniors, the physically disabled and the intellectually challenged. Through her work with different client groups she developed a sensitivity to people from every walk of life.

After Carol retired she returned to school and earned her Master of Divinity degree through Emmanuel College, University of Toronto.
Her education taught her to respect the positive aspects of all faiths.
She is an experienced public speaker and welcomes the opportunity to conduct innovative services in all types of places. These include, but are not limited to, wineries, social clubs, neighborhood community halls, water fronts and camp grounds. Carol lives in Oakville with her partner of 19 years.
